Shipping, Returns, Exchange & Refunds Policies
All our products are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.
- We Do Not Provide a “Return Label.” Exceptions will be made only if there has been an error made on our end. If that is the case please send us an email at Store@casualtropicalwear.com and we will email you a return label at no cost.
- Items can be Returned or Exchanged up to and no later than 30 days after receiving the items.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges, including items returned from a “Free Shipping Option Order”.
- Items must be unused in their original condition with all packaging materials including labels and plastic bags. We reserve the right to deny any return and we will ship back at Customer’s expense.
- Refunds. On return cases, we process the refund the same day we receive the merchandise back in our premises, the customer may receive the refund after 2 to 5 days depending on the Bank. In the case we made a mistake, you will be refunded in full. This includes order total and shipping cost.
